Wonderful Northumberland produce prepared using simple, classic flavours and techniques with a modern twist.
Our menu is small and we specialise in the amazing game from our own estate and wonderful meat from our local farmers; right here on our doorstep. Sustainability and seasonality are at the core of everything we do, enveloped by the field to fork philosophy. We serve beautifully cooked fish from the Northumberland coast and a vegetarian option. Vegetarian cuisine is not our speciality; therefore the choice is limited. We appreciate this will not please everyone, and at the same time recognise that to truly specialise in the produce we are gifted, we cannot be everything to everybody.
