Our Food & Drink

At the Kirkstyle we are blessed with an abundance of wild game and pasture-bred sheep and cattle from our neighbouring farms. Our goal is to showcase all the culinary delights Northumberland has to offer.  Head Chef, Connor Wilson uses classic cooking techniques with minimal intervention to maximise the flavour of each dish on his menu.

Our strong pro-environmental compass ensures that the season determines our menu and sustainability governs what we serve.  We specialise in wild meat and the pasture-bred meat raised here on the moorlands. We serve beautifully cooked fish from the Northumberland coast and offer a vegetarian option.
