We’re incredibly proud of our Head Chef, Connor Wilson, who was honoured with a ‘Rising Star’ award at the 2025 National Restaurant Awards in London. The ceremony, held at Borough Market on February 24th, celebrated 24 talented young chefs from across the UK. This well-deserved recognition highlights Connor’s outstanding talent. A remarkable achievement—once again placing our little pub in Slaggyford alongside some of the best names in the industry!
