Celebrated chef Tomás and his team, opened Cardinal, Edinburgh in March 2024, showcasing their elevated take on modern Scottish dining. Join us to explore the best of Scottish vs Northumbrian produce, a duel or jewel – you choose – one thing is for sure if will be fun!
