We’ll be joined by the Gamekeeper, who will share fascinating insights into the care, conservation, and wildlife management that make this dining experience possible. The Heather Trust will also be with us, highlighting the important work they do to create a more sustainable, resilient moorland for the benefit of all. To help raise funds for The Heather Trust, there will be a silent auction on the night with some fantastic prizes to be won!
