Black Chalk, based in Hampshire launched onto the English wine scene in 2018. We love their shared focus on sustainability and minimal intervention practices. Black Chalk Vineyard and Winery are certified by the Sustainable Wines of Great Britain. They are a small team who only make vintage wine, this approach stops them relying on ‘recipe’ winemaking – every step of their winemaking is meticulously executed by hand.
