Sustainability is core and central to everything we do at The Kirkstyle. We are continually researching intuitive ways of reducing waste, travel and our use of plastic – basically embracing anything and everything we can do to minimise our carbon footprint and protect the planet. We are of course very fortunate to be surrounding by an abundance of outstanding produce, mitigating our need to shop further afield.
